We proudly offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii – details below).
Large items will be shipped via freight, typically arriving within 7–14 days based on your location.
Smaller products are shipped via UPS Ground.
We also offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee — see below for more information.

After You Place an Order
Orders placed Monday through Friday are immediately prepared for shipment.
Order processing usually takes 3–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prepared for shipment on the next business day.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is an optional service that can be added for an additional fee.
Two professionals will deliver your massage chair to the room of your choice — including up or down flights of stairs — and will fully assemble it for you.
Please note:
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and confirm that the chair is working properly before signing for delivery.

Adding White Glove Delivery may extend the delivery time by an additional week.
Please keep all packaging material for at least 30 days after receiving your product.
We do not accept returns without the original packaging. See our Return Policy for more information.
White Glove Delivery is performed by a third-party service and is non-refundable.
We highly recommend White Glove Delivery for orders requiring transport up a flight of stairs.
